KEIRA MURRAY

Keira is a registered teacher of Ballet Australasia Ltd and National Dancing Association Syllabus in Tap. She has undertaken AMEB Classical Singing & Musicianship and is a Member of the Australian National Association of Teachers of Singing. Her technical achievements include advanced studies in Jazz, Tap, Vocal (Contemporary & Classical) and Musicianship.

Keira is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Masters of Psychology.  She is also a member of the Society of Performing Arts Healthcare.

Keira is the Author of “Psychology in Dance” and Teacher Psychology Examination papers for the Federal Association of Teachers of Dancing.

Keira and sister Melanie were owners of The Kidz In The Biz Studio at Castle Hill for more than a decade in which time they provided many successful opportunities to their students beneficial to their advancement in the Entertainment Industry.

A few of Keira’s Singer/Dancer credits include performances at Disneyland, Aqua Shell Opening with Bobby Limb, Christmas at Darling Harbour, Opening of Fox Studios, NRL Grand Finals, MO Award appearance, Mardi Gras & Closing Ceremony of Olympic Games with Kylie Minogue segment.

Performances at some Corporate events include Schwarzkopf, Herbalife, Virgin Blue, Australian Horticulture Breakfast and French World Cup Soccer Celebrations. She has worked with entertainers Hugh Jackman, Thelma Houston, Vanessa Amorisi, Nikki Webster, Rebecca Cartwright, David Campbell and Jimmy Barnes.

In addition to her contribution to the Performing Arts, Keira is a practicing Clinical Psychologist and currently runs her own successful Psychology Practice.
